When will I receive my first print issue of The New Republic magazine after subscribing?

Your first print issue will arrive approximately three to five weeks after you place an order successfully. Please contact customer service if you have not received your first magazine after five weeks.

How do I access The New Republic’s database of past issues?

All articles in the print magazine dating back to May 2016 are available to signed-in subscribers and can be found at newrepublic.com/magazine. Articles dating back to 1914 are accessible to subscribers in our database. Sign in, go to newrepublic.com/magazine, and scroll down the “Past Issues” drop-down menu to “Archive Database.”

How do I sign in and read articles online?

Please go to newrepublic.com/signin and enter your account number or full name and zip code under “Look up your account,” on the right-hand panel of the pop-up, to get unlimited digital access to The New Republic. You can also sign in with your email address and the confirmation code sent to your email inbox.

How do I find my subscription account number?

If you are a print subscriber, you can find your account number on your magazine mailing label.

If you are a digital subscriber, you can find your account number by signing in, going to the “My Account” section at the top-right corner of the website, and scrolling to the bottom of the pop-up panel that appears.

I am signed in, but I cannot read articles online. How do I fix this?

Your subscription may have expired. Resubscribing should resolve the issue. To check your account status, visit our customer care site and sign in with the information available to you in the “My Account” section of NewRepublic.com, or reach out to customer service. If you are a subscriber and have your account number, please log out (located at the bottom of the “Account” tab) and then sign back in with just your account number.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I change my auto-renewal status?

To change your auto-renewal status, visit our customer care center and enter your account number. Then navigate to the “Change My Automatic Renewal Status” option on the left-hand side of the page to update your auto-renewal status online. You can also send an email with your account number to newrepublic@cdsfulfillment.com to request an auto-renewal status change, or call customer service at (800) 827-1289.

How do I sign in to my subscription account on the TNR mobile app?

With the TNR mobile app open on your phone or tablet, click on the gear icon located in the top-right corner of the screen. This will open the app’s settings. Click on the first option, “Create Account or Log In.” Under “Existing Subscribers,” enter your account number and zip code to gain access.

I subscribe to TNR through the mobile app. Can I sign in at newrepublic.com and get unlimited digital access?

How do I change my email address?

Sign in at newrepublic.com/signin, then navigate to the “My Account” section located at the top-right corner of the site. Go to the “Account” tab and edit “Personal Details” to change your email address.

How do I change my physical home address for print delivery?

Sign in at newrepublic.com/signin, then go to the “My Account” section located at the top-right corner of the site. On the “Subscription” tab, click on “Edit” under the “Name and Address” section to add or change your physical home address. You will then be able to review and confirm that change.
