World Economic Forum

Davos is so hilariously bad, in 36 quotes.

The World Economic Forum has done all of us a favor by collecting the 36 “best” quotes from its annual symposium for global leaders, billionaires, and socially conscious pop stars in Davos, Switzerland, giving those who had to stay at home a glimpse of the cutting edge in thought-leading. It’s hard to choose a favorite. While’s “Let’s put our optimism goggles on” is a safe bet, I’m going to go with Marc Benioff’s “Speed is the new currency of business” for perfectly exemplifying the Davos aesthetic of sheer meaninglessness masquerading as insight.
