Wayne Rooney just scored his prettiest goal of the season. (Though, given the sample size, that isn’t saying much.)

Rooney scored the first goal on a gorgeous curling shot in Friday’s FA Cup match between Manchester United and Derby County. 

Manchester United is winning 3-1 because there is no justice in the world. Derby’s lone goal was prettier than Rooney’s, too. 

After a slow start, Rooney has picked up the pace—he’s scored six goals in his last six games.
