In response to a Politico article probing Trump’s reluctance to release his medical records, the 69-year-old GOP presidential front-runner assured his Twitter followers that he a) has great genes and b) will be releasing a full medical report that will show nothing less than “perfection.”
I consider my health, stamina and strength one of my greatest assets. The world has watched me for many years and can so testify-great genes!

As a presidential candidate, I have instructed my long-time doctor to issue, within two weeks, a full medical report-it will show perfection

Releasing medical records is virtually a requirement of the modern presidential campaign. But in this area, as in so many others, Trump has done things his way, refusing to bow to conventions surrounding diet and exercise. (The foods he can’t resist: “Yeah, bacon, eggs, steak.”) Something tells me his supporters won’t be too perturbed about his lack of transparency on the issue.
