Yesterday Glenn Beck told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly that he wasn’t sure that Trump would be a better president than Hillary Clinton. Trump, as is his wont, turned to Twitter to undermine Beck’s credibility, gloating about how Beck was once “fired like a dog.”
.@GlennBeck got fired like a dog by #Fox. The Blaze is failing and he wanted to have me on his show. I said no - because he is irrelevant.

This is not the first time Trump has called someone a dog on Twitter. In Trump’s world, Mac Miller, a rapper with whom he feuded over a song called “Donald Trump,” is a dog:
Little @MacMiller, I’m now going to teach you a big boy lesson about lawsuits and finance. You ungrateful dog!

Arianna Huffington is a dog:
"@laurasgoldman: .@realDonaldTrump why is it necessary to comment on .@ariannahuff looks? Because she is a dog who wrongfully comments on me

Kristen Stewart is also a dog:
Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart. She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again--just watch. He can do much better!

This isn’t even the first time that Trump has celebrated someone being “fired like a dog,” a phrase that is simultaneously menacing and meaningless, because dogs don’t have jobs and therefore can’t be fired:
Wow, great news! I hear @EWErickson of Red State was fired like a dog. If you read his tweets, you'll understand why. Just doesn't have IT!

Why does Donald Trump hate man’s best friend?
