Chipotle hopes to save its business with a nationwide emergency food safety training session.

The company will close its restaurants on February 8 so employees can participate in a new food safety protocol training. Stores will not open until 3 p.m. that day, according to company spokesman Chris Arnold, which means that, yes, it could affect Hillary Clinton’s lunch plans.

A spate of foodborne illnesses traced to Chipotle food last year led to a major drop in sales and stock prices. In addition to its new protocol and the hiring of a food safety expert, the company is planning a media blitz in February. The campaign will not include ads that emphasize food safety, according to Buzzfeed, but could include coupons for “buy one, get one free” entrees.
