Martin O’Malley still has to remind everyone what his name is.

At Sunday night’s Democratic debate, O’Malley began by introducing himself, something he still needs to do, despite having shared the stage with Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton three other times this election season. Despite that attention, O’Malley has struggled to connect with voters on days where nationally televised debates aren’t happening—in late December one person showed up to an O’Malley event in Iowa. One person! Who wasn’t even an O’Malley supporter! (O’Malley presumably introduced himself to this person.)
