This time, Ben Carson did his homework before the Fox News debate. Sure, he might not have figured out foreign policy—he said “Putin is a one-horse country,” and then named one and a half to two horses, depending on your point of view. But he proved he can memorize the founding documents of our great nation just like any competent fifth grader.
