I honestly have no idea. It’s clearly trying very hard not to address race at all, but beside that ... what? Which men and women? All men and women? All black men and women? Or just the ones growing and being a better version of itself?
Update: They deleted the above tweet and replaced it with this one, which is ... maybe worse? Its gesture at what Black History Month is actually about (black people) is so vague as to make it seem inconsequential, but the subtext is that Black History Month should be celebrated because it “helped” (!!) make (white) America better. Ugh.
