Today is Rosenmontag, or “Rose Monday” in Germany, the climactic day of Carnival that features huge parades in cities like Cologne and Düsseldorf. Unlike in American parades, German floats are often works of political satire. Previous victims have included Vladimir Putin, Angela Merkel and François Hollande, and the Catholic Church. And today, the Germans found a new target:
