Donald Trump avoided paying taxes and it’s all Hillary Clinton’s fault.

The Republican nominee admitted at the second presidential debate that he took advantage of a loophole to spin a $916 million loss in 1995 to not pay taxes for nearly two decades—and then argued that Clinton allowed it to happen because if she had been “an effective senator,” she would have been able to create a fairer tax code. When pressed by moderator Anderson Cooper to confirm he used those losses to avoid paying taxes, he replied: “Of course I do.”
