There's something a little strange about all the excitement over Dorothy Rodham's appearance on the campaign trail. Are we to be surprised that Hillary has a mother? (Granted, Rodham has generally kept out of the public eye.) I suppose this goes to the sense some people have that Hillary is more robot than real person--hence the need to have mom around to begin with. It's just a bit weird.
