MSNBC couldn't call the election for Obama right when polls closed, but after 1,500 votes (0%) have been counted, they decided they've seen enough to call it for him? I've always wondered what sort of algorithm they use to decide when to call a state, and this only piques my curiosity.
So it's nine in a row for him now.
