Brian Arbour has examined the pattern of early voting, and concludes that the highest levels are occuring in counties with Obama-friendly characteristics. He applies numerous caveats, and concludes, "These numbers don’t prove anything yet. But, they would like these numbers better at Obama headquarters than at Clinton headquarters."
