Judging from the wan responses on the floor, the delegates are not here to hear from Senate majority leaders past or former. They’re not here to hear about Madeleine Albright’s high school awards, or Jack Reed’s proud sidekicking on Barack Obama’s world tour. As soon as the music got loud, though, everyone stood up and got funkay, DNC-style. They are here to DANCE.
