Giora Eiland spoke this week to a conference of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.  He is a cool-headed and clear-eyed strategist who is eager for a peace settlement between Israel and the Arabs. Read in the Jerusalem Post about his realistic idea that is still something of a dream.
