Speaking Of The Culture War . . . .

Paul Weyrich has died at the age of 66. He wasn't as much of a household name as Falwell or Robertson, but he contributed mightily to the mobilization of the religious right in its first wave, back during the late 1970s.

At his passing, I can't help but wonder what might have happened differently over the past decade if the religious right had followed his advice in 1999 . . . .
