Apparently Mike Huckabee's former campaign manager Chip Saltsman, now a candidate for RNC chairman, thought distributing this old diddy ditty by Rush Limbaugh collaborator Paul Shanklin would help win over RNC committeemen. Not sure if this says more about Saltsman or those committeemen.
