Slideshow: Tourists In Space

 

Hungarian-born software engineer Charles Simonyi departed aboard a Space Adventures flight from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Thursday. Although Simonyi would not disclose the price of the trip, his second, he says that prospective space tourists can now buy a Space Adventures seat for the price of $35 million.
