Credit where credit is due. Bill Kristol predicted yesterday that Obama would reverse himself on releasing detaining photos "as early as tomorrow." And today Obama did just that. One question, though. News reports are saying Obama agreed to reverse course because top military leaders argued against releasing the photos, so why did the Pentagon strike a deal with the ACLU for their release in the first place?
