The Sectarian Specter In Iraq

There's something of an emerging conventional wisdom that sectarianism in Iraq is largely behind us, and that the real issue to worry about as the U.S. prepares to leave is a vicious Arab v. Kurd war.

But today, a week after the bombing of five Shiite mosques, comes the latest major attack apparently clearly designed to stir up sectarianism.
