Republican Senator George Voinovich finally breaks with Republican fiscal orthodoxy:
“It’s like tax reductions, you don’t need to pay for them? To me, that’s nonsense,” Voinovich said.
Of course, now Voinovich is retiring so that doesn't help much. It would have helped if he held the same view in 2001 and 2003, instead of voting for the Bush tax cuts.
