Back in August, astronauts aboard the International Space Station successfully harvested a batch of red romaine lettuce, which they had grown from seeds aboard the station and dressed simply with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Delicious!
Sadly, the latest crop of space veggies isn’t looking as scrumptious.
