Nothing promises to lift your campaign out of the doldrums quite like a new wave of stories about your melanoma!
Maybe there's some hidden upside here in which older voters, all too familiar with health concerns, empathize with McCain and admire his openness. But I think his campaign would rather be talking about gas prices right now....
