Cameron Hilaker is an Emergency Manager at USAID, where he supports evacuations and responded to international and domestic crises and has been subjected to the Reduction in Force. He is expecting his first child in June. He previously served as a peace corps volunteer in South Africa working to combat HIV/AIDS.
