Andrew Cullen is photojournalist with a particular interest in the relationship between human communities and the natural resources surrounding them, rural issues, and immigration. Now based in Los Angeles, he made his way there via stops in North Dakota’s oil fields, Colorado’s coal towns, and Mongolia’s vast steppes. He was recognized by the Magenta Foundation’s 2016 Flash Forward competition.
