Darrick Hamilton

Darrick Hamilton is the Henry Cohen professor of economics and urban policy, university professor, and the founding director of the Institute on Race, Power and Political Economy at The New School. He has authored numerous scholarly articles on socioeconomic stratification in education, marriage, wealth, homeownership, health (including mental health), and labor market outcomes. His op-eds have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and many other outlets.
